Sh. Parmod Indal: A Visionary Leader for Justice and Progress

Sh. Parmod Indal is a respected leader and dedicated advocate for the rights and welfare of SC/ST employees in the State Bank of India (SBI). As the President of the National Federation of SBI SC/ST Employees and General Secretary of the SBI SC/ST Employees Welfare Association, he has been at the forefront of initiatives aimed at promoting workplace equality, social justice, and professional growth for marginalized communities.

With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by SC/ST employees, Sh. Parmod Indal has consistently championed policies that foster inclusivity, fair representation, and career development.
